Well connected, in the creative heart of Milan.

Eleven design apartments in a newly renovated building, where the calm of the Naviglio meets the energy of the city, and everything is within reach.

Eleven apartments. A building reborn.

A three-storey building, with spaces of varying sizes — from studios to four-bedroom units — that mostly overlook quiet internal courtyards and often open onto private terraces.

A neighbourhood with two souls.

On one side, the Naviglio slows down and turns towards the countryside: cycle paths along the water, rowing clubs, trails to run through the green, cafés where you can have breakfast facing the canal. The quiet side, where mornings move to a different rhythm.

On the other, just a little further on, the Naviglio comes alive: bars, restaurants, a vibrant community and endless chances to meet. This is where Milan gathers for aperitivo and stays late into the night.

Living by the Navigli means having both within reach. Calm when you need it, energy when you want it.

A creative and cultural epicentre.

CHORA MILANO sits next to the Tortona Design District, one of Milan's most creative addresses. MUDEC, the Museum of Cultures, is a few minutes' walk away, along with the BASE cultural space, Giorgio Armani's SILOS museum and the workshops of the former Ansaldo site. A little further on, the Fondazione Prada. During Milan Design Week the neighbourhood becomes the centre of the world, with installations and events springing up on every corner.

But here creativity isn't just something you look at: it's something you make. A few steps away you'll find studios and workshops where you can throw clay on a wheel, make your own candles or cook recipes from around the world. Galleries, independent bookshops, showrooms: a rich, authentic city life, all within reach on foot or by bike.

Perfectly connected. Everything within reach.

Trams and metro link the neighbourhood to the rest of the city in minutes. The M2 line runs straight to Brera and the train stations; surface lines reach every corner of Milan. The Duomo is twenty minutes away.

Major universities — Bocconi, IULM, GSOM, Politecnico, NABA and Domus Academy — are a short distance away, as are the innovation hubs of Porta Romana.

You have the whole city at your fingertips, and a quiet, relaxing place to come back to.
