Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is GEDIV S.R.L., with registered office at via Vincenzo di Marco 14, 90143 Palermo, Italy, VAT no. 07083020821. For any request, you can write to info@choramilano.com.

2. What data we process and for what purposes

When you contact us through the site or the forms, we process the contact details you provide (name, email, phone and the content of your message), in order to respond to your requests for information. The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.

When you submit a booking request, we collect your personal details, your codice fiscale (Italian tax code) and an identity document. We need these to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations. Any further data required to enter into and manage the rental contract is collected and processed separately by the appointed agency and governed by the privacy clause of the contract.

If you give your consent, we process your name and email to send you commercial communications or the newsletter. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time, with no effect on your ability to book.

While you browse the site, we also process data collected through cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy, to which we refer.

3. Provision of data

Providing the data required to handle your booking request is mandatory: without it, we cannot proceed. Providing data for marketing purposes is optional.

4. How and for how long we keep your data

We process data using electronic and paper-based tools, with appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We keep it for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal obligations. Once these periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Who we share data with

For the stated purposes only, data may be shared with the real estate agency that manages tenant relations and contracts, with our advisors (e.g. our accountant), with the competent authorities for legal obligations, such as the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), and with the providers of services relating to the use of the site (Google, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, Resend for sending emails).

6. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights provided under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent) by writing to GEDIV S.R.L. by email at admin@gediv.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or organisational changes. The updated version is always published on this page, with the date of last update.
